Railway 150W DC/DC Converter

The CLS-150 is a railway 150W DC/DC converter specifically designed for train systems and transportation applications, compliant with EN50155, EN50121-3-2, EN50124-1, EN61373, EN62368-1, and EN45545-2 standards, among others. Its chassis mountable design ensures easy installation and exceptional reliability even under demanding conditions.

With a wide input range of 11:1 (14.4 VDC to 154 VDC), the CLS-150 covers nominal voltages of 24, 36, 48, 72, and 110 VDC in a single model, making it suitable for all types of railway vehicles and configurations. Its regulated and isolated 24 VDC output delivers a maximum output power of 165 W with an efficiency of up to 94%, ensuring stable and efficient operation.

Thanks to its base plate mounting and optimized thermal design, the CLS-150 provides full power up to +85 °C without the need for a heat sink or derating. In addition, it integrates active input reverse polarity protection, active inrush current limitation and a 10ms hold-up time across the entire input range.
