50 kW Three-Phase Charger Module
The BDS-50k is a 50 kW rack-mountable isolated AC/DC power module for high-voltage battery charging and industrial electrification. It accepts a wide three-phase input from 260 to 530 Vac (L-L) and delivers a fully regulated DC output from 150 to 1000 Vdc, ready for 400 V and 800 V next-generation battery platforms. With up to 50 kW output power, 97.3% full-load efficiency (97.6% peak) and a 0.99 power factor, the BDS-50k delivers outstanding energy performance and low thermal losses. Its low acoustic noise (55 dB) and Class B EMC compliance (IEC 61851-21-2) enable deployment across residential, commercial and industrial environments. Built for reliability in harsh conditions, it operates from -40 °C to +75 °C, at full power up to +55 °C with linear derating beyond. With reinforced galvanic input-to-output isolation, full electronic protection (OTP, OVP, UVP, OCP, short-circuit) and CAN 2.0 communication, it ensures safe, seamless integration and monitoring.
